Jan 30th and Feb 1st - Get it!

So here are my two days in:

Jan 30th:
Full Body Stretching
(1) 8 - Squats
(1) 8 - Backward leg bend (Left and Right)
(1) 8 - Single Leg Pelvic Lifts (using the leg to lift up the body with the other leg lifting up straight)
 
Feb 1st:
Full Body Stretching
(1) 10 - Squats
(1) 10 - Backward leg bend (Left and Right)
(1) 8 - Single Leg Pelvic Lifts (using the leg to lift up the body with the other leg lifting up straight)
Full Body Stretching
 
I stepped up my Squats and Leg Bends..but I couldn't get to 10 Pelvic Lifts..maybe next time...LOL
