7 Day Challenge!
No Sugar!
This challenge is to see if you can go ONE WHOLE WEEK...that's 7 days of no ADDED SUGAR! Some of us have already begun this task and some of us have thought about it...

Sugar tastes great...well when its in something, but the sad fact is that it is horrible for you. we get sugars in our foods naturally, there really is no need to add more. Now this challenge is not as hard as it seems. The challenge is to just not ADD sugar...so that doesn't mean you can't eat a doughnut...just don't sprinkle it with sugar. For you coffee drinkers, this might be a little harder as there aren't very many things to add to coffee to make it sweeter...maybe some Agave Nectar?
No Brown, No White, No Syrup....
