I have been on point the last week.
I only skipped one day and that was only due to me being so tired I could barely make it into work...
So I have been working on my butt and abs.
I have been doing my squats, leg lifts and raises...or whatever or called them. I increased the squats to 8 to 12 and the leg lift thingies to 10 form 8 or something like that. Whatever the number, it is an increase and that's what counts. I am still following the rule of "stop if you can't do more." Seems like a good enough policy to me.
The weekends I have off and that's fine with me too.
I have been working on deciding what ab routine I should do since the one I came up with might be too Mich to handle so I will be revising it. The Plank will turn into the Side Plank...we will see how that works.
Stretching is a must. I skipped today's stretching and am kinda feeling it though...tomorrow morning we stretch for sure...
I'm a bit proud of myself and my esteem and such have been a bit high as a result! Go feeling good!
