Today we did (I say we because I had the help of my 14-15lb baby twin as a weight LOL):
Full Body Stretching
(1) 10 - Squats (replace weight with giggling baby)
(1) 10 - Backward leg bend (Left and Right - picture a car seat in front of my face as I add a dip to make kissy faces at the baby..LOL)
(1) 10 - Pelvic Lifts (using the leg to lift up the body with the other leg lifting up straight)
