Booty Workout

So we are keeping this localized apparently..Why? Because for some dumb reason I feel the need to keep my husband interested in me physically after the babies by making my butt look perky and such....ick...this coming from a person who has spent most of their lives not really caring how other people thought of her as long as SHE felt good about it herself...blah!

Today we did (I say we because I had the help of my 14-15lb baby twin as a weight LOL):

Full Body Stretching

(1) 10 - Squats (replace weight with giggling baby)

(1) 10 - Backward leg bend (Left and Right - picture a car seat in front of my face as I add a dip to make kissy faces at the baby..LOL)

(1) 10 - Pelvic Lifts (using the leg to lift up the body with the other leg lifting up straight)
