12 (6 on each leg) Squat and Leg Extension
Did this 2x:
10 arm lifts with 3 lb weights
10 arm L's/Raises with 3 lb weights
Tried the new AB exercises today!
I was able to so this group twice
8 Leg Bends
8 Leg Bends with Twist
(2 sets back to back alternating)
8 Front Planks
(2 sets with rest in between)
8 Side Planks
(Left side, then right side)
I used this mix to time myself, but I might have stretch BEFORE the music so I don't run out of time
