I put it into my mind that I would get down to it. The Comic Con is in about 4 weeks or so, so I have NO time to waste. I doubt I will see much of a change, but I will feel better about me if anything. LOL

I will have to start earlier so I can get out of the house in time for work.
Did this 2x:
10 arm lifts with 3 lb weights
10 arm L's/Raises with 3 lb weights
12 (6 on each leg) Squat and Leg Extension
12 Crunches with 3 lb weights
I'm looking to change the Crunches to something else since I think I might have hurt my back some. I found this video online that I might use.
I walk up and down stair a couple of times a day as it is, so this should hopefully add to the working out :-)
I will also be posting pictures every week to see if I can give myself a visual of my progress, if any at all. This way I will know if I have to change my work out! Good Luck to me!!
