I have been having this strange feeling in my AB area lately...just a consistent tightening...and I'm loving it. When I move, I can feel my stomach muscles which is totally awesome. It reminds me to stand straight and to hold in my core (that's an exercise term..woooo!!). My neck is much better since I was able to relax it (thanks momma) and I got right back into my routine with one change. I just did a simple Biceps Curls instead of the Front Arm Lift or L blah blah thing I was doing...
I also listened to a new mix...which is on the right side of the post....
I am going to try the Tricep thingie in the video tomorrow...I didn't want to hurt myself again today...

12 (6 on each leg) Squat and Leg Extension
Did this 2x:
10 arm lifts with 3 lb weights
10 arm Biceps Curls with 3 lb weights
8 Leg Bends
8 Leg Bends with Twist (2 sets back to back alternating)
8 Front Planks (2 sets with rest in between)
8 Side Planks (2 sets left side, then right side)
