Okay folks, I have two more days until this event on Friday! Well realistically, however far I have gotten by this week will be as far as I get for this week. I'm not expecting any drastic changes...nope...BUT
I am going to do my best to keep up the regimen since I am liking the results!
Some things this new addition of exercising has done is got me cooking in the kitchen again, my clothes fit better (though some are bigger now), I feel a bit more in shape then I was before (stairs a much easier to climb and I feel like I have a bit more energy than usual)... I'm not saying I can leap over tall buildings in a single bound, or even small ones...I am just saying that things have improved...
OH! Those dang on back handle things on the sides of my upper back are leaving too!! YAY!
Today was a shorter than normal set since I was running late for work:
10 arm lifts with 3 lb weights (both at the same time)
10 Leg Bends with Twist (2 sets back to back alternating)
10 Front Planks
10 Side Planks (left side, then right side)
10 Leg Lifts (On stomach [Left and Right])
10 Leg Lifts (Side [Left and Right])
10 Leg Lifts (Kneeling [Left and Right])
8 Tricep Dips (or until unable LOL usually not the second 8)
