2 Sets: 10 arm lifts with 3 lb weights (both at the same time)
2 Sets: 10 Leg Bends with Twist (2 sets back to back alternating)
2 Sets: 10 Front Planks
2 Sets: 10 Side Planks (left side, then right side)
2 Sets: 10 Leg Lifts (On stomach [Left and Right])
2 Sets: 10 Leg Lifts (Side [Left and Right])
2 Sets: 10 Leg Lifts (Kneeling [Left and Right])
2 Sets: 8 Tricep Dips (or until unable LOL usually not the second 8)
(sets are consequtive)
I plan on playing Just Dance or Dance Central today, so I didn't do the routine...
Deadline goal 1 is coming, so I need to make sure I am on the ball... Friday is the day!
