Well....tomorrow is the day! I did my routine and tried not to think about time lost, things I could have changed, what I think I should be doing, and where I want to be...I just focused on the routine. It also helped that my daughter also took part in my exercise today! It was nice to see her working out! We looked like a choreographed duo! LOL
Today we did:
2 Sets: 10 arm lifts with 3 lb weights (both at the same time)
2 Sets: 2x 10 Leg Bends with Twist
2 Sets: 2x 10 Front Planks
2 Sets: 10 Side Planks (left side, then right side)
2 Sets: 10 Leg Lifts (On stomach [Left and Right])
2 Sets: 10 Leg Lifts (Side [Left and Right])
2 Sets: 10 Leg Lifts (Kneeling [Left and Right])
2 Sets: 2x 8 Tricep Dips (or until unable LOL usually not the second 8)
(sets are consequtive)
