So.... we changed up a bit for today!
I decided after straining/spraining my neck, maybe I should try a different exercise. I replaced the Bicep Curls with Tricep Dips...and boy oh boy...that is noooo picnic...LOL
Stretches
Did this 1x:
12 (6 on each leg) Squat and Leg Extension
8 Tricep Dips (then did 6..cuz WOW!)
Did this 2x:
10 arm lifts with 3 lb weights
8 Leg Bends
8 Leg Bends with Twist (2 sets back to back alternating)
8 Front Planks (2 sets with rest in between)
8 Side Planks (2 sets left side, then right side)
-Its not the stopping, its the quitting...
