I actually exercised on a Saturday! See, my problem is that I will do the week. I will go the distance...for a week. As soon as the weekend comes, I take a "break" because..you know.. it's the weekend. Then that's the end of it. I don't get back on the wagon. One day off turns into two and so on..then that it. One good week of working out and then it's over. This is the first time I can remember that I actually did a weekend work out!

12 (6 on each leg) Squat and Leg Extension
Did this 2x:
10 arm lifts with 3 lb weights
10 arm L's/Raises with 3 lb weights
8 Leg Bends
8 Leg Bends with Twist
(2 sets back to back alternating)
8 Front Planks
(2 sets with rest in between)
8 Side Planks
(2 sets left side, then right side)
