7 Day Challenge!
June 19th - June 25th 2014
One or More Green Veggies a Day!
This challenge is to see if you can go ONE WHOLE WEEK...that's 7 days eating at LEAST 1 Green Veggie A DAY. Salad, Broccoli, Spinach, Green Pepper...your choice...as long as its green.
ONE A DAY! Get to the market. Look in the fridge. Pack a snack...how ever you choose to get that one green veggie in! Folic Acid, Calcium, Iron...these are all some of the benefits of those Greeny Green Green Veggies!
Any fruit will do..and don't forget to post a pic on INSTAGRAM: #sweat_4it and in the Event!
