7 Day Challenge!
June 12th - June 18th 2014
One or More Fruits a Day!
This challenge is to see if you can go ONE WHOLE WEEK...that's 7 days eating at LEAST 1 FRUIT A DAY. Juice doesn't count on this challenge (unless you juice it).
ONE A DAY! So instead of those chips...maybe an apple or large orange? Bananas are nice and don't forget those loaded with C STRAWBERRIES!
Any fruit will do..and don't forget to post a pic on INSTAGRAM: #sweat_4it and in the Event!
