I felt much better today since I was able to eat yesterday and not feel like I was gonna have to excuse myself several times. I am thinking about getting a better diet together! I have been craving all the wrong things since my new routine and I need to find better ways to control it or I will be eating bad cheese at all hours of the morning again...NOOOO!!!
I modified the regimen today...so far I will be sticking with this until I am able to find something even better!

Stretches
Did this 2x:
10 arm lifts with 3 lb weights
8 Tricep Dips (2 sets, but I could only do 8 and then 4 the first time and 8 and then 6 the second time)
10 Leg Bends
10 Leg Bends with Twist (2 sets back to back alternating)
10 Front Planks (2 sets with rest in between)
10 Side Planks (2 sets left side, then right side)
10 Leg Lifts (On stomach [Left and Right])
10 Leg Lifts (Side [Left and Right])
10 Leg Lifts (Kneeling [Left and Right])
Stretches
Leg Curl..without ball though... |
