To Cheat or Not To Cheat

Due to the trip to the museum yesterday, I was able to burn an extra 500 calories (est.)!! This was awesome since I am now establishing a cheat day! Turns out that my cheat day meal was still only slightly over my caloric goal since we didn't eat lunch...don't worry, I brought snacks...bananas and cheese so I wouldn't be starving and then be tempted to over eat for dinner...The funny thing is that everyone else has been knocking me and my diet...and guess who was hungry on the trip...NOT THIS GUY...LOL

My cheat dinner meal turned out to not really be a cheat meal after all! Go FIG!
