Day 4: Calories and Activity





Grabbed a morning work out today...

2nd day in and I feel sore, but that is good.  It means I am working muscles I normally don't.  I didn't have a change in my weight, but that is okay.  I haven't gone up right?

This morning had me taking FOREVER to eat, but before I get to that, guess who ran in place for 20 minutes!??? THIS GAL!  It hurt and I almost didn't make it to the end.  The Wii says I ran for 2.5 miles about...yay me! I haven't felt a burn in my lungs since High School gym!  This was after working out with my Yoga and Strength routines!

So back to food.  I ate Oatmeal, a banana, and even treated myself to an iced coffee...light and sweet.  By changing from the Pancakes and Bacon to the oatmeal, I was able to give myself the Iced Coffee and not mess up my calorie goals...yay me again!  I think I will give me a high friggin five.

To be honest, I have never combined both exercise and changing my diet...so maybe I have come to a point in my life where I want people to look at me and say..."WOW!!" as their initial reaction.... "Not oh you look good for having four kids" after I tell them....NOPE...Say "Wow!!" first...then "HOLY COW!" after I tell you have four kids...LMAO

I managed a good lunch and I am proud of me for the choices I am making.  I have to tweak the formula more as the weeks and such go by, but I will get there...yup!  This is a learning and retraining of my body and mind....

I even turned down a donut yesterday....!!!!!! WTF!!!! Me??? No donuts????

And I was proud...
