Making Strides

It's almost time for my check in.  So far this is what I am looking like. I still have a ways to go beforr I am where I would like to be.
Today was the first day of Total Body Burn. ...and oooooh man was I burning! Thank goodness I only have to do that one time this week!  Lol!
The rest of the week will be Fat Burning Cardio and Abs Sculpting. ..combined with 6 Min Abs....Next week I will be back to adding another Total Body Burn...whew...
