This challenge is to see if you can go ONE WHOLE WEEK...that's 7 days of getting those arms in shape!

It's time to tone the arms! My arm flaps are non too happy at the fact I have let them go so much! :-D
So in this challenge, we will work on making ourselves less self conscious about waving, jumping, cheering and other arm moving expressions with short sleeves...!
That aside, having stronger arms will help you with things like lifting objects, arm wrestling, carrying objects and MORE! LETS GO!
