7 Day Challenge!
Let's Get Squattin'!
This challenge is to see if you can go ONE WHOLE WEEK...that's 7 days of getting those buttocks and thighs stronger!
July 31st - August 6th 2014
Squats are an excellent way to tone the gluts and thighs! Stronger legs improve stability and walking...as well as makes the backside area lift a bit :-D
Day 1: 10 Squats
Day 2: 12
Day 3: 14
Day 4: 16
Day 5: 18
Day 6: 20
Day 7: 22
If you need to break it up, please do...may be 2 sets of 5, then 2 sets of 6 and so on!
