7 Day Challenge!
No Soda!
This challenge is to see if you can go ONE WHOLE WEEK...that's 7 days not drinking any soda! Some of us have already begun this task and some of us have thought about it...
June 26th - July 2nd 2014
ONE DAY AT A TIME! As you go through your day and you want to grab that Coke or Pepsi...grab a juice or even better...water!
Now the goal isn't to replace one sugary drink for another, but if you absolutely need to grab a juice instead of water...again...this is a lifestyle change, it takes time. JUST NO SODA!
