Going The Distance!

Yesterday, I was able to stay in my range! Though I didn't really work out the way I wanted to, so I didn't push myself when it came to eating.  I got in a breakfast, lunch, and dinner...plus snacks and still felt good! Dinner dropped me to a B+ since I had a bit of Mac and cheese...

I am making a slow and steady path to my goal!
