On A Roll?

I have done it!!

For a week...LOL

So far I have somewhat adhered to my regimine...I have woken up and exercised and taken my Iron pill and drank water and tried not ro over eat....

How do I feel?

Like crap! LMAO!!

I am tired and I am grumpy and I am more tired and irritable...

I think some of it has to do with that time coming near...yay...(not really...booooo)

So this is what I have been doing and what I will do next week:

FBS - Full Body Stretching

BUTT - BUTT WORKOUT
ü (1) 8 - Squats
ü (1) 8 - Backward leg bend (Left and Right)
ü (1) 8 - Single Leg Pelvic Lifts (using the leg to lift up the body with the other leg lifting up straight)

ABS - AB WORKOUT
Repeat twice
ü    10 - Side Crunch (hold hands behind head and meet your elbow to your knee sideways– alternating)
ü    10 - Ab Twists (bend arms in front with fists up, twist side to side – engage stomach muscles)
ü 10 - seconds Front Belly Bends (raise arms in the air, try to meet your hands to your toes by lifting your leg and lowering your hands – engage stomach muscles)

Now, I didn't repeat this twice on Friday (today), since I had an appointment to go to, but I DID do it twice on Wednesday...and boy did that hurt!!

 

What I do plan on doing is adding some are work in there on the days I am not doing the Abs and Butt.  So far I do them both on Wed and Fri.  The other days are just FBS and then on Sun and Mon I do one or the other.  (I haven't really been doing the singles though).

I have started taking my iron pills as of the last two days or so...so I am not expecting to feel much of a difference yet.  I have also been trying not to eat as much crap as I was...
