This morning saw me a bit sore, but I got through it!
Some of the routine has gotten easier! YES! The Side Planks and the Squats are becoming more bearable LOL...The Tricep Dips...uh no.. I could only pull out 6 on the last bunch...They BURNED! I am not looking to hurt myself, so I will build my way up to that...

Stretches
Did this 1x:
12 (6 on each leg) Squat and Leg Extension
Did this 2x:
10 arm lifts with 3 lb weights
8 Tricep Dips (2 sets, but I could only do 8 and then 6 the second time)
8 Leg Bends
8 Leg Bends with Twist (2 sets back to back alternating)
8 Front Planks (2 sets with rest in between)
8 Side Planks (2 sets left side, then right side)
Stretches
-Its not the stopping, its the quitting...
