I ran around so much that I missed lunch...again...BUT I also managed to snack as much as I could. I got a little nauseous due tot he fact that I didn't plot out the time intervals of the snacks, but that's alright. The more I plan ahead for mishaps, the better I will get! Tomorrow is another day!
I was able to get my workout in with my HRM. I am loving this thing. It explains why I have been able to loose way more weight hen I exercise than when I just diet alone.
